27. Battery may be moved, but must be securely fastened to the car and be covered by shield if in driver*s compartment. Only one battery allowed.
28. All chrome stripping must be removed from the outside of the vehicle.
29. No spring jacks or blocked shocks. Car must have free suspension.
30. No double or liquid filled tires allowed, tires must not exceed 15 inch or 6 ply and no more than a C-load rating. No studs or screws in rims to hold tires, no cut ties.
31. Vehicles must have brakes before beginning of heat.
32. No deliberate head-on collisions, hitting a driver*s door, or unnecessary roughness.
33. Don*t leave your car during a heat unless you are told to do so, or until the last car has been given the checker flag.
34. Cars may be decorated in good taste, but both front doors and on top should be painted WHITE and left clean of numbers.
35. Numbers will be painted on both sides of cars as entered.
36. All driver must attend the driver's meeting and track preview.
37. Learn these flags:

BLACK-DISQUALIFIED
CHECKER-WIN
GREEN-GO.
38. 100% entry fee pay back, plus trophies.
39. We reserve the right to disqualify any driver at any time.
40. All car*s are to be removed from EAGLE PARK after the event. Pit closes at 11:00 p.m. All cars left on the premises will be removed by Eagle Park.
41. Mandatory padded inside drivers door, carpeting acceptable.
42. Each participant/driver may only enter one car per Demo-Scramble.
43. No adding counter weights inside or outside of car.
44. Must have full length clothing.
45. No all-wheel drive vehicles allowed.
46. Not Mandatory Yet - All drivers are advised to install a driver side roll cage or center mounted reinforcement bolted or welded to the roof and to floor with a minimum of 6 inch steel plate top and bottom to protect in case of roll over.
47. NEW MANDATORY - must have sheet metal installed on top of car to place number.
